Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (remote) to provide customer service support to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming calls from members requesting road service, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
- Provide information on AAA services, policies, and membership benefits while promoting additional products
- Track service requests and communicate with dispatch to enhance customer service and resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
- For bilingual roles, passing a translation assessment is required
- Must reside within the AAA Northeast service area (RI, MA, CT, NY & NJ)
- Availability to work at least one weekend shift and flexible hours within specified shifts
