A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist to enhance member engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to welcome new members and provide information about the Healthplan
- Identify trends from calls to suggest policy or procedure improvements
- Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings and meet quality assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
- Experience with data entry and call documentation
- Must reside in the state of Florida
