Key Responsibilities
- Provide service and support to customers through multiple contact portals, accessing various systems for appropriate products
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for complex inquiries related to consumer loans
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving needs and maintaining knowledge of current business objectives and product offerings
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in Loan Customer Service
- Knowledge of basic banking products and relevant policies and regulations
- Experience interacting with customers via multiple contact portals
- Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information
