Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Service Center Associates Only).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service and support to customers through multiple contact portals, accessing various systems for appropriate products
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for complex inquiries related to consumer loans
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving needs and maintaining knowledge of current business objectives and product offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in Loan Customer Service
  • Knowledge of basic banking products and relevant policies and regulations
  • Experience interacting with customers via multiple contact portals
  • Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information
