A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to member telephone calls regarding eligibility and benefit information
- Documents calls and inquiries in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Conducts outbound calls to members as needed
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience
- Experience with organizational functions and personnel
- Familiarity with computer software and help desk technology
