Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English / Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day and identify customer assistance needs
- Document information in computer systems while actively listening and asking appropriate questions
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and resolve issues by researching multiple databases
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
