Key Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the process using a patient-centered approach
• Respond to patient inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely follow-up
• Document patient interactions and assist in improving departmental efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare administrative roles or customer service
• For senior level, two years of experience and one year in a similar role
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
