Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Management Associate to support the STAR Kids clinical team in a work-from-home setting in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to clinical staff and manage STAR Kids hotlines for members and families
• Conduct outreach calls for STAR Kids Education and Value Added Benefits
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to maintain quality metrics and support process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of managed care or related experience
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
• Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating multiple systems
• Experience with Excel is preferred
• Highly organized and time-efficient
