Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client and prospect data in the CRM system and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Prepare and process new account paperwork, assist with asset transfers, and manage client onboarding
- Schedule and prepare for client reviews, assist with follow-ups, and maintain proactive client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Current industry experience with banking, financial services, or investment advisory
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
