A company is looking for a Manager - Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain client and prospect data in the CRM system and ensure data integrity across platforms
• Prepare and process new account paperwork, assist with asset transfers, and manage client onboarding
• Schedule and prepare for client reviews, assist with follow-ups, and maintain proactive client engagement

Required Qualifications

• Current industry experience with banking, financial services, or investment advisory
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
