PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient equipment and compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims to ensure compliance
• Monitor and manage clients using Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of relevant experience in healthcare administrative roles, customer service, or insurance claims
• For senior level, two (2) years of relevant experience and one (1) year of specific job experience
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
