Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Virtual Primary Care 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand video visits for low acuity patients and manage after-hour patient calls
• Collaborate with a team of Nurses, Advanced Practitioners, and Physicians in patient care
• Complete initial orientation on-site and work occasional shifts from home

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of advanced practitioner experience, preferably in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Inpatient hospital settings
• Must reside in the St. Louis metropolitan area
• Full-time availability for 3 - 12 hour shifts per week
• Experience with system-wide Epic EMR preferred
• Ability to cover rotating holidays and weekends
