Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a strong foundation for serving national and regional health plans and their business lines
  • Own the entire post-sales lifecycle for health plan clients, including onboarding, engagement, and renewal
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating client goals into strategic plans
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of client-facing experience in health tech, preferably with enterprise health plans or health systems
  • Proven experience building relationships across health plan organizational structures
  • Strong understanding of payer dynamics, including ASO vs fully insured models
  • Track record of launching and operationalizing new client verticals in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights
