A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Advise customers on software usage and assist during trial periods
  • Track customer interactions and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
  • Ability to work 9am-6pm EST
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Intercom is a plus
  • Self-motivated approach to learning and development
  • Obsessed with creating an amazing customer experience
