Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Dispatch with French.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule service calls to field technicians based on priority and location
• Create and route service tickets to various service agencies
• Act as a liaison between clients and field technicians

Required Qualifications

• Dispatch and/or Call Center experience preferred
• Fluency in English and French
• Working knowledge of computers
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to procedural or organizational changes
