A company is looking for a Client Consultant to support the Signal platform and manage client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial contact for client support, managing queries and ensuring timely communication
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate them internally via Zendesk and JIRA as needed
- Coordinate with product and development teams to provide updates and resolutions to clients
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing support role
- Familiarity with systems like Excel; experience with financial data is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively across varying time zones
- Confidence in conveying technical information clearly and professionally
- Experience with issue tracking and resolution management
