Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide first-line IT support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for first-level end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provision and configure new equipment and user accounts, and manage operating systems and software using management tools
- Support Information Security initiatives and coordinate the rollout of new cloud-based tools and services
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
- Solid experience with macOS (10.15 and newer) and Windows 10 and above
- Working knowledge of private networking concepts
- Familiarity with cloud-based office applications such as Google Workspace or Office 365
- Experience managing hardware procurement and asset tracking
