Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Service Center Advocate to support clients with employee benefit inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
- Document call details accurately and ensure compliance in processing transactions
- Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Service Center and/or Customer Service Experience is required
- Prior benefit administration or insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable with technology
- Strong customer-centric mindset and interpersonal skills
- Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) are required
