A company is looking for an Application Help Desk (Radiology Software/Tech) specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues
- Troubleshoot application and workflow problems, escalating complex issues as necessary
- Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system and maintain organized status updates
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare experience with knowledge of radiology workflows and systems such as EHRs, RIS, and PACS
- Minimum 2 years of Application Help Desk experience
- Preferred 3+ years of clinical information systems experience or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of clinical informatics, data management, and system administration
- Experience with high-volume support in healthcare systems
