Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their accounts and ensure accurate documentation in the client's system
- Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
- Adhere to State and Federal regulations while maintaining production measures and quality assurance goals
Required Qualifications
- Prior call center experience is required
- Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while assisting customers
- Must be proficient with Microsoft applications
- Ability to maintain an average inbound handle time
- Must have dual working monitors for the position
