Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nationwide Service Support Manager to lead and manage a team of Copier Service Technicians across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Copier Service Technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Oversee nationwide service operations, including contract administration, billing accuracy, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support large-scale client implementations and service needs
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven experience in service management and previous supervisory experience preferred
- Direct service experience with Sharp, Canon, HP, and/or Konica preferred
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Strong background in data analytics and strategic thinking
