- Resolve a wide range of issues with customer deployments
- Contribute to process development and improve team efficiency

Required Qualifications
- Excitement for learning about streaming data and the Data Stream Platform
- Strong debugging skills for troubleshooting external software systems
- Proficiency in Java or Scala
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving customer issues
- Operational knowledge of Java applications or experience with distributed systems is a plus
