Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure successful customer relationships throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Provide proactive strategies for customer accounts and ensure effective use of services
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance customer experience and manage issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Proven understanding of SaaS, with prior experience in SaaS solutions preferred
  • Ability to understand and educate clients on relevant technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
