Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Clinical to join their Customer Service-Clinical department.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans
- Record information in proprietary systems and provide timely responses to callers
- Attend meetings and complete all required training in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to utilize multiple systems during interactions
