Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Clinical to join their Customer Service-Clinical department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans
  • Record information in proprietary systems and provide timely responses to callers
  • Attend meetings and complete all required training in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience; inbound call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems during interactions
