- Reset personal identification for callers and document customer interactions

Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of high-volume call center or customer service experience
- Experience with data entry and database documentation
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Own compatible equipment with specified technical requirements
