Job Summary
A company is looking for an Indirect Service Channel Onboarding Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding of global external service providers onto standard processes and systems for medical device service
- Plan and execute testing of processes using the Channel Partner portal and ServiceMax, ensuring correct output and resolution of issues
- Provide training and support to channel partners on portal usage and processes
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of B2B technical service processes, preferably in medical technology
- Experience in system testing, including developing test plans and defect reporting
- Ability to work across complex IT landscapes and global business functions
- Experience in providing support and training to users globally
