Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in the hotel industry
- Experience in customer service or technical support
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple implementation tasks effectively
- Familiarity with data management and integration processes
- Experience training customers on software usage and addressing specific business needs
