A company is looking for a Travel Advisor for its Travel Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Members and non-Members with domestic and international travel arrangements through various communication channels
- Utilize travel industry knowledge to resolve travel-related issues and provide counseling on travel needs
- Meet or exceed performance targets while actively seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
- 2-3 years of leisure travel industry experience, including knowledge of automated airline reservation systems
- Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment
- Proficiency in PC usage and travel booking platforms
- Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography
