A company is looking for a Patient Access Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Call Center agent for Patient Access Registration, ensuring patient accounts are complete
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and present financial options/requirements
• Perform registration functions for multiple sites across various service lines

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical role, or related clerical accounting/finance/retail
• No specific licensure or certification required by law
• Three years of healthcare revenue cycle/call center experience preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
