Key Responsibilities:
- Consults with members to identify needs and provide tailored solutions
- Processes various member transactions and maintains account information accurately

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of retail customer service experience, including 1 year in a financial institution
- Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
- Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance practices
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
