Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 2 to provide exemplary service to members remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes various member transactions and maintains account information accurately
  • Recommends additional products and services based on member interactions


Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of retail customer service experience, including 1 year in a financial institution
  • Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance practices
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
