Key Responsibilities
- Delight customers by keeping commitments and proactively communicating about deliverables
- Document meetings and decisions clearly to ensure effective follow-up and action items
- Co-manage a portfolio of healthcare customers, supporting program launches and ensuring retention and contract expansion
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in health tech or SaaS
- Familiarity with the basics of U.S. healthcare
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or MPH is a plus
- Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter for team retreats and customer visits
