Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage customer appointment times and provide timely notifications regarding changes or delays
- Facilitate communication between technicians, customers, management, and support centers while handling scheduling exceptions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in scheduling or dispatching roles preferred
- Familiarity with administrative functions and basic data entry
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly MS Windows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
