A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Imaging Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer support team for Enterprise Imaging, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Monitor team performance and develop strategies for employee recognition and professional growth
- Establish best practices for customer support and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a progressive management and/or lead technical role
- 2+ years of IT management experience
- 2+ years of experience in support help desk management
- 2+ years of medical imaging experience (preferred)
- Proven knowledge of Imaging Informatics and/or Healthcare IT (preferred)
