A company is looking for a Power BI Customer Engineer to provide technical support and guidance for SQL initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training workshops and in-depth product reviews for customers
- Perform health checks, assessments, and post-operational reviews of product implementations
- Act as the primary technical contact for advanced support and problem resolution for corporate customers
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Power BI
- Expertise in performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions
- Familiarity with Azure data services and SQL Server Integration Services
- Experience in data modeling, report development, and DAX optimization
- Knowledge of MS BI Stack including SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS
