Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Testing Customer Service Support Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high call volume, averaging ~75 calls per day from patients and insurance carriers
- Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage and billing
- Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree with 1+ years of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Prior healthcare experience, especially in medical billing and collections, is preferred
- Ability to interpret insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a high call volume customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes is strongly preferred
