Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead (Supervisor) - Workers Compensation - Telecommute OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers compensation claims
  • Provides technical direction on claims adjudication and monitors claims activities
  • Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Licenses as required; professional certifications preferred
  • Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years of claims supervisor experience required
  • Knowledge of claims processes and compliance standards
