A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead (Supervisor) - Workers Compensation - Telecommute OR.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers compensation claims
- Provides technical direction on claims adjudication and monitors claims activities
- Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Licenses as required; professional certifications preferred
- Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of claims supervisor experience required
- Knowledge of claims processes and compliance standards
