Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage operational employees, including assigning work and developing schedules
- Monitor billing procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance and conducting audits
- Develop relationships with clients and government agencies while managing employee performance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Medicaid and Out of State Medicaid required
- Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred
- Remote positions require home internet connections that meet the company's criteria
