Medicaid Team Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor (Medicaid Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage operational employees, including assigning work and developing schedules
• Monitor billing procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance and conducting audits
• Develop relationships with clients and government agencies while managing employee performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Medicaid and Out of State Medicaid required
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred
• Remote positions require home internet connections that meet the company's criteria
