Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Architect to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement server-side data feeds for enterprise clients while managing technical escalations
- Create detailed Solution Briefs based on business requirements and oversee the deployment and integration of solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of the platform
Qualifications and Experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing implementation, technical support, or solution architecture
- 4+ years of experience implementing data insights with front-end or mobile app development
- Knowledge of Browser Technologies, Modern Authentication Mechanisms, and HTTP APIs
- Ability to read and write snippets of functional Javascript, Lua, JSON, and YAML
- Experience with Tag Management platforms and Digital Advertising platforms
