Key Responsibilities
- Answer over 50 calls daily regarding claims and benefit questions, providing solutions and confirming eligibility
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Document all call details clearly and concisely while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis/procedure coding is desired
- Experience in claim processing or customer service, preferably in a medical/dental office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple windows
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and achieve 10-key proficiency of 105 spm net
