Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer over 50 calls daily regarding claims and benefit questions, providing solutions and confirming eligibility
  • Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
  • Document all call details clearly and concisely while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Practical knowledge of medical terminology and diagnosis/procedure coding is desired
  • Experience in claim processing or customer service, preferably in a medical/dental office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple windows
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and achieve 10-key proficiency of 105 spm net
