Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a customer enablement framework to support onboarding and feature engagement
- Develop engaging programs and resources for key user personas to enhance product proficiency
- Deliver high-impact training for enterprise customers, including workshops and webinars
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in customer enablement, product training, or user education for SaaS or enterprise software
- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality concepts
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enablement and training programs
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills for effective learning experiences
- Understanding of cloud architectures and data ecosystems
