Patient Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDR (Patient Support) to assist prospects in their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a marketing pipeline of prospects and qualify potential members
• Support members in booking clinic consultations and initial calls with the Member Growth Team
• Track prospects' initial journey and communicate effectively with clinic staff and the team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience qualifying leads and potential prospects
• Experience in the healthcare or fertility space is preferred
• Empathetic approach towards members undergoing the IVF experience
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a small team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and clinic staff
