Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and leadership in support and enhancement of products
- Act as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members
- Manage critical situations and assist in the resolution of complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
- Deep technical knowledge of z/OS mainframes and related database/application development platforms
- Experience with SQL, Data Virtualization, and CDC
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Unix, and Linux
- Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
