Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and leadership in support and enhancement of products
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert and mentor junior team members
  • Manage critical situations and assist in the resolution of complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Deep technical knowledge of z/OS mainframes and related database/application development platforms
  • Experience with SQL, Data Virtualization, and CDC
  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, Unix, and Linux
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
