A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Representative to provide customer service and support in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and identifying sales opportunities
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience in a sales role
- At least 6 months of work-at-home experience
- Availability for extensive paid training, including licensing and product training
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Must pass a background screening
