Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and program delivery
- Oversee logistics for enterprise programs and manage program-specific data
- Support sales teams with client materials and monitor client satisfaction for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft 365
- Experience managing multiple programs or projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a fully remote team environment
