Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the advocate for providers, resolving issues efficiently
- Provide support through calls, chats, and emails while triaging contacts from healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
- Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility for shift schedules
