Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist healthcare providers, veterans, and beneficiaries with claims inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-focused assistance to ensure first call resolution and maintain quality scores
  • Research and evaluate medical claims and benefits for proper adjudication
  • Document call activity and request corrective actions in VA systems
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
  • Data entry and 10 key experience necessary
  • Preferred 1-2 years' experience in customer service and/or call center environment
