New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (Thursday to Monday).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding medication-related problems and pharmacotherapy needs
• Plan, implement, and maintain procedures for medication assessment, compounding, packaging, and labeling to ensure quality and compliance
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and ensure proper medication reconciliation, inventory management, and adherence to regulations

Required Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
• Current, active license in the state of NJ
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, preferably with geriatrics or chronic care management
• Experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics is preferred
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
