A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics GP, managing new and ongoing support cases
- Respond to and resolve an average of 3 new support cases per day within a 7-day timeframe
- Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting and finance modules
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP across multiple application areas
- Solid understanding of accounting principles; background in accounting or a business degree is required
- Proven experience in customer support or end-user interaction in an enterprise application environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues under tight deadlines
- Basic familiarity with SQL to run queries and interpret results
