Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Engineer Specialist to organize and schedule field technicians for customer service appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule technician assignments based on customer requests and service requirements
  • Ensure proper allocation of technicians to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Track and monitor service appointments, adjusting schedules as needed to address delays or emergencies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or customer service role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with scheduling software or field service management systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records effectively
