Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Engineer Specialist to organize and schedule field technicians for customer service appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule technician assignments based on customer requests and service requirements
- Ensure proper allocation of technicians to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Track and monitor service appointments, adjusting schedules as needed to address delays or emergencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a scheduling, dispatch, or customer service role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with scheduling software or field service management systems is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records effectively
