Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
- Respond to service queues and assist technicians and business partners via phone and chat
- Participate in specialized tasks and stay informed about departmental methods and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in North Carolina
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; vocational training in a related field preferred
- One to two years of telecommunications experience or related network fundamentals
- Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
- Working knowledge of technical requirements associated with service offerings, such as FTTP and VOIP
