Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist with resolving issues related to installation and service orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity of inventory systems and handle customer record assignments for fiber orders
  • Respond to service queues and assist technicians and business partners via phone and chat
  • Participate in specialized tasks and stay informed about departmental methods and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Must reside in North Carolina
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience; vocational training in a related field preferred
  • One to two years of telecommunications experience or related network fundamentals
  • Fluent skills in Excel, including building spreadsheets and using macros
  • Working knowledge of technical requirements associated with service offerings, such as FTTP and VOIP
