A company is looking for a Compliance & Insurance Support Specialist to provide operational support for its insurance program and assist clients in establishing legal business entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch support to residents and property management companies regarding the insurance program
- Assist clients with establishing legal business entities and manage the process of obtaining and renewing business licenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licenses in good standing
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed insurance agent or in administrative, legal, compliance, or operations roles
- Familiarity with state registration processes and compliance filings
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
- Commitment to data accuracy and attention to detail
