A company is looking for a Compliance & Insurance Support Specialist to provide operational support for its insurance program and assist clients in establishing legal business entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-touch support to residents and property management companies regarding the insurance program
  • Assist clients with establishing legal business entities and manage the process of obtaining and renewing business licenses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licenses in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience as a licensed insurance agent or in administrative, legal, compliance, or operations roles
  • Familiarity with state registration processes and compliance filings
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
  • Commitment to data accuracy and attention to detail
