A company is looking for a Patient Success Advocate - PT Weekend Coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the company's technology products and services
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and escalate concerns as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a multi-channel help desk environment, preferably with Zendesk
- Background in a customer-facing healthcare role, assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system
- Experience working in a metrics-driven position
- Prior experience with Medicare patients is a plus
- Ability to work in a remote environment with stable internet connectivity
